I bought my first one off Marco in Belgium in 2007 which is installed at Chatel Le Tadorne in Châtel in the French Alps which we run as a ski chatel. Marco was brilliant in helping with the specification supply and was on hand for any queries I had during the installation. He has supported us ever since when we needed a new control unit and pump. Operational since 2008 so now 16 years old it is only just nearing the end of it life as some of the tops of the stays are becoming a little 'worn' which considering the conditions sometimes down to -20 and up to +35 in the summer. I know others with 'plastic' tubs who are having to replace every 5 to 8 years .. so if looked after they really do last !
